Juan Pablo Ramos
Juan Pablo, or Pablo as we call him, didn’t want to be a welder when he was younger. His mother made the decision for him by signing him up for classes. Little did he know he would love it so much.
Pablo still remembers the date he was hired by GT Exhaust, inExhaust’s predecessor, in March of 2000. Nineteen years later and he still loves his job.

Everything. I am proud of everything I make.
What do you do in your free time?
My family likes to go to a new restaurant each week to try new foods.
Do you have any pets?
We have two Chihuahuas: Paloma, who is deaf, and Balin, who only understands Spanish.
What is something we might not know about you?
I played soccer in high school and later for GT Exhaust.
Pablo is our resident joker and will take every opportunity to strike a silly pose for the camera.
